"The British are coming! The British are coming!" The call of Paul Revere, warning the settlers of Boston around 1776. This costume looks like something he would have worn, a blue wool jacket with 14 brass buttons down the front with black cuffs and pockets and a rust vest with attached belt. The knickers are polyester with an elastic waist and not shown but included are the black spats that could be worn on someone larger. The simple jabot at the neck and tricorn hat tops off the outfit. This is a colonial costume that we have taken in somewhat in the back and shows some wear, but it adds to the character's ambiance.

CHARMING!!!!!!!!!!!! This lovely 50s vintage caplet would look great over an evening gown, prom dress or wedding accessory. The pink wool cape is by designer Mitzi Morgan for Neusteters of Denver, and the white fox collar has been added on for effect to this completely lined piece.
