Colonial, Quaker Betsy Ross, spy Lydia Darragh all would be represented with this navy blue and white garment. During this era most dresses had a Bertha collar, full loose sleeves, peplum at waist and donning a mop cap to cover hair. Young girls loved this to give reports on colonial women.
