This pretty young ladies peach and white redesigned dress can be used for the Colonial 1776 era, Halloween or dress up. The Colonial styles of that time put emphasis at the hips with the use of a farthingale. We have added Velcro at the skirt inside panel and netted penne to attach and give that look. The skirt is on elastic to go over shoulders to help keep it up for small girls.
