This eye catching light and dark blue dress is a reproduction Southern Belle costume circa 1850’s or Civil War era. The bodice ruffle is off the shoulders with lace trim in a V shape to the belt. The skirt ruffle starts at the waist and travels around the entire 104” circumference of the skirt. The added attractive 6” lace finished off look of the hem and the gathering up in the back adds to the detail and design. This dress would also fit a petite adult figure.
