RENTAL ONLY................Martha Washington/Florence Nightingale/ Betsy Ross/ these are all individuals that represent the 1776 Colonial time period and this outfit describes the styles that the ladies wore at that time. The dress had petticoats underneath with a penne or farthingales at the hip area to exaggerate the form. In addition, there was a lace over skirt, puff sleeves with lace past the elbow, lace collar with pin or cameo at the closure. A small hat or lace cap was appropriate with any dress. On this garment the bodice is fully underlined and has smocking at the neckline past the bust and is very adjustable to fit a little larger body.

The size of this beautiful piece makes it very versatile in the styles you can wear. I have used it over our 1920’s silk wedding dresses and it is a show stopper.

Fabulous is this vintage circular cape constructed of silk satin. The Victorian cape can be worn over a walking suit or formal dress of today .

CHARMING!!!!!!!!!!!! This lovely 50s vintage caplet would look great over an evening gown, prom dress or wedding accessory. The pink wool cape is by designer Mitzi Morgan for Neusteters of Denver, and the white fox collar has been added on for effect to this completely lined piece.
