This pretty creation is good for a Southern Belle costume or Victorian garden party or character. The bodice has a lovely antique lace collar accented in the V shape with black velvet ribbon. The skirt is red satin with black and white ribbons at the hem. This style of dress is best with a hoop underneath and we have included a small one with the garment.
Extras include: Hoop/bonnet/gloves/belt with bow/neck piece..
