Carmen Miranda is at her finest in this colorful 4 piece ensemble. The top is made in stretchable penne velvet with elastic to use for an off the shoulder look. The skirt of washable satin is made of 4 rows of 3" ruffles in different colors almost make a full circle. Double sashes of yellow and purple at the waist finishes it off along with the bright jewelry. The turban hat matches the top and fits the head well with fruits and flowers completing the outfit.
