Fabulous is this circular vintage cape constructed of silk satin. The Victorian cape can be worn over a walking suit or formal dress of today or. The ½ circle has 4 rows of pleated ruffles which goes around the 54” circle and then continues up the front and around the neckline. The closure is satin self fabric ribbons which tie into a bow.
Condition: excellent (one small repair)
