Charming and fun is this short cocktail dress that would be great for swing dancing or any other party. The light blue bodice has a boat neckline trimmed in pearls, stretch wool knit sweater covered with sequins and decorated with bugle beads and pearls in a swirl motif and the hem fringe of pearls and beads. The long sleeves and full skirt are nylon chiffon and the dress is completely lined.
