This small black stylish crepe dress was designed by “Pattullo/ Joe Copeland Original” and it is a delightful item. The small collar opening is accented with a gold rhinestone ball closure and the fabric in the skirt drapes to the left side at the hip with a very large bow and rhinestone pin we have added. This very stylish dress would look great with a 40’ small hat.
