Canary yellow prom dress or “Belle” from Beauty and the Beast either one would be great for some lucky young lady. This sweet dress has a bodice of netting with a cowl detail at the bust line covering over small cap sleeves and a V at the bottom waist. The fabulous detail in the skirt is a row of 5”ruched or gathered inserted piece.
