Here is a fun, sassy and different design in a short dress for daytime or evening. The body of the dress is silk fabric of chiffon with a floral velvet pattern and the gathered full sleeves are chiffon with the same velvet fabric on the cuffs. The bodice has an extra piece that goes from neck to under bust and to the back. (Check out the close up picture to see detail more clearly) The opening is on the side with snaps…..We pictured the dress with colored slip to show off the pattern.
