Elegant, classy and unique are great terms for this 30’s black chiffon evening dress. The bodice has a boat neckline culminating at the sleeve opening which shows the fabulous design of this dress…….the sleeve is open from the shoulder to the wrist with the double cuff with great rhinestone detail. The arm seam is beaded trim of clear bugle beads and the skirt is full and lies beautifully. The self-fabric belt has a crescent shaped signed buckle.
