In the 30’ and earlier the designers used a lot of heavy lace fabric in their creations, as you see in this blue lace dress. The long dress has full sleeves with cuffs; skirt is cut on the bias with an opening in the front and the back being longer. This dress could be used for an earlier time period (1910) with a little adjustment and imagination. The sleeve cap is stitched with pin tucks and the bodice blossoms over the waist with a matching lace belt.
