This very wearable 20’s navy blue silk chiffon dress is very practical for any flapper party or just to dress up for any occasion. The vintage dress has black seed beads in a fleur de lei pattern throughout the dress and diamond geometric cutouts on the hem. The attached slip is short which showcases the legs through the chiffon. There is a small fixed beaded patch on the left sleeve area which is hardly noticeable. Dress is a nice size and very wearable.
