This delightful 1920’s flapper dress is made up of an “Oleg Cassini design” dress covered with long black fringe. The fabulous black sleeveless shift is covered with silver and gray bugle beads in a horizontal pattern which peek out from underneath the fringe. The fringe which gives the outfit a more 20’s flapper look was hand stitched on and could be removed. The dress is totally lined. Condition: excellent Cleaning: hand wash underarm areas
